Apple French Toast Stratta
A delicious idea for breakfast, this apple french toast stratta is the winner. Top it with honey, syrup or your favorite jams/jelly.

1 can apple pie filling (20 oz can) |
1/2 block cream cheese (4 oz) |
6 Oakdell Omega-3 Brown Eggs |
3/4 cup milk |
1 tsp vanilla |
6 cups chopped bread cubes |
Apple French Toast Stratta Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Spray a 9x13 baking pan with vegetable spray and set aside.
- Spread the apple pie filling on the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Place small dollops of cream cheese on top of the apple pie filling.
- In a large bowl whisk together the Oakdell eggs, milk and vanilla. Add the bread cubes to the egg mixture and stir to combine.
- Pour the bread mixture over top of the apple pie filling. Using a fork, if needed, evenly distribute the bread cube mixture.
- Place in the oven for approximately 30 minutes or until thoroughly baked through.
- Remove from the oven and place a large plater over the pan and flip the apple french toast strata onto the platter. Serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
