| 2 Oakdell Cage Free Eggs |
| 1 cup whole milk |
| 1/2 cup vegetable oil |
| 1 tsp salt |
| 2 cups (10 oz) tapioca flour |
| 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese |
| 1/2 cup parmesan cheese |
Brazilian Cheese Bread Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a medium saucepan, bring milk and oil to a boil. Add salt.
- Stir in tapioca flour with a wooden spoon. The dough will look gelatinous at this point.
- Mix in eggs, one egg at a time. Stir in cheese.
- Scoop dough into balls using a cookie scoop dipped in water and place on the prepared baking sheet. Roll dough into balls. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned.
