Brazilian Cheese Bread

2 Oakdell Cage Free Eggs
1 cup whole milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp salt
2 cups (10 oz) tapioca flour
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Brazilian Cheese Bread Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. 
  2. In a medium saucepan, bring milk and oil to a boil. Add salt.
  3. Stir in tapioca flour with a wooden spoon. The dough will look gelatinous at this point.
  4. Mix in eggs, one egg at a time. Stir in cheese.
  5. Scoop dough into balls using a cookie scoop dipped in water and place on the prepared baking sheet. Roll dough into balls. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned.
