Batter

3 Oakdell Omega-3 Brown Eggs
1 cup flour
6 tbsp butter, melted
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt

Fillings

1 lb bacon, cooked and chopped
12 Oakdell Omega-3 Brown Eggs

Breakfast Crepes Directions

  1. To make the crepes: combine all crepe ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Let stand for 10-15 minutes at room temperature.
  2. Heat a nonstick skillet on the stove and lightly spray with vegetable spray.
  3. Pour about 1/4 cup (adjust depending on the size of your pan as needed) of the batter in the hot skillet. Swirl the pan to evenly distribute the batter on the bottom of the pan.
  4. Continue to cook the crepe until the shinny wet batter appearance on the surface of the crepe has disappeared and one side of the crepe has begun to turn brown.
  5. Using your silicone spatula, release the edges of the crepe and remove from the pan.

  7. Fill the crepe with scrambled eggs and bacon and serve with your choice of fresh fruit on the side.
