Ingredients
Ingredients
1 package hash browns |
1 can cream of chicken soup |
6-8 slices Canadian bacon |
6-8 Oakdell Cage Free Eggs |
3-4 large black olives, cut in half |
Salt and pepper to taste |
Breakfast Eyeball Bake Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl, mix the hash browns and cream of chicken soup together to combine.
- Spray a 9x13 baking dish with vegetable spray and spoon the potato mixture into the baking dish.
- Make 6-8 indentations into the hash brown and gently press the Canadian bacon into the indentation to create a “cup” to crack the eggs into eventually.
- Place the potato dish into the oven for about 20-30 minutes to cook the potatoes through.
- Remove the dish from the oven and if needed gently press the Canadian bacon back into the hash browns to create a “cup” for the eggs.
- Carefully crack an egg into the prepared “cups” and place the dish back into the oven for about 10 minutes or until the eggs are cooked to your liking.
- Remove from the oven and place half of an olive in the center of each egg yolk to create the iris of the eye.
