6 English Muffins
12 Oakdell Omega-3 Brown Eggs
6 Slices American Cheese
6 Slices Canadian Bacon
Vegetable Spray

Breakfast Sandwich Directions

  1. Cut the English muffins in half and toast them. Set aside until ready to use.
  2. Whisk together 12 eggs.
  3. Heat a large sauté pan on the stove and spray with vegetable spray.
  4. Pour the eggs into the prepared pan and swirl the pan to allow the eggs to fill the pan. Cook the eggs thoroughly by covering the pan and letting the top of the eggs steam.
  5. Place a slice of American cheese on each of the bottom halves of the toasted English muffin along with a slice of Canadian bacon.
  6. Divide the cooked eggs between the English muffins and top with the other toasted half of the English muffin to complete the sandwich, serve and enjoy.
