4 Oakdell Cage Free Eggs
1 refrigerated pie crust
2/3 cup half and half
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 1/2 celery stalks, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1 cooked chicken breast, diced
1/3 cup blue cheese crumbles
2/3 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce

Buffalo Chicken Quiche Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Press pie crust into the pie plate and prick the bottom with a fork. Bake for 9-11 minutes. Remove from the oven and reduce heat to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl whisk together eggs, half and half, salt, and pepper. Stir in celery, green onions, chicken, blue cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, parsley, and buffalo wing sauce.
  3. Bake until the eggs are set and the crust is browned, about 35 minutes.
