4 Oakdell Cage Free Eggs |
1 refrigerated pie crust |
2/3 cup half and half |
1 tsp salt |
1/2 tsp pepper |
1 1/2 celery stalks, chopped |
2 green onions, chopped |
1 cooked chicken breast, diced |
1/3 cup blue cheese crumbles |
2/3 cup cheddar cheese, shredded |
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded |
1/4 cup parsley, chopped |
1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce |
Buffalo Chicken Quiche Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Press pie crust into the pie plate and prick the bottom with a fork. Bake for 9-11 minutes. Remove from the oven and reduce heat to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl whisk together eggs, half and half, salt, and pepper. Stir in celery, green onions, chicken, blue cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, parsley, and buffalo wing sauce.
- Bake until the eggs are set and the crust is browned, about 35 minutes.
