4 Oakdell Omega-3 Brown Eggs |
1 cup coconut milk |
1 tsp coconut extract |
1/2 tsp vanilla extract |
1/8 tsp salt |
1 cup shredded sweetened coconut |
6 slices Texas toast |
powdered sugar |
12 slices banana |
36 mini semi-sweet chocolate chips |
dairy whipped topping spray |
maple syrup, optional |
Bunny Tail Coconut Crusted French Toast Directions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, coconut milk, coconut extract, vanilla extract, and salt. Place coconut on a plate. Dip both sides of bread into the egg mixture and then into the coconut. Drizzle a tablespoon of egg mixture on top of the coconut on each side of the bread to make it stick.
- In a large non-stick skillet, cook the slices of bread over medium-high heat until golden brown. Flip and cook the other side. Remove from heat and top with a dusting of powdered sugar. To make bunny feet, place 2 slices of bananas on top of french toast and place 3 chocolate chips on each banana. To make the bunny tail, spray a large ball of whipped topping above the banana feet.
