10 Oakdell Omega-3 Brown Eggs
1 cup milk
1 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
4 cups cauliflower rice or 1 large cauliflower, pulsed in food processor until small rice-sized pieces
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, cubed
8 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
2 green onions, thinly sliced, plus more for garnish

Cauliflower Egg Bake Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F. In a large bowl, whisk together Oakdell cage-free eggs, milk, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper.
  2. Place cauliflower rice in a 9x11 baking dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Top with cheddar cheese, cream cheese, bacon and green onions. Pour egg mixture over the top.
  3. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until eggs are set. Garnish with green onion and ranch dressing.
