| 10 Oakdell Omega-3 Brown Eggs |
| 1 cup milk |
| 1 tsp minced garlic |
| 2 tsp smoked paprika |
| 1 tsp salt |
| 1/2 tsp pepper |
| 4 cups cauliflower rice or 1 large cauliflower, pulsed in food processor until small rice-sized pieces |
| 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated |
| 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, cubed |
| 8 slices bacon, cooked and chopped |
| 2 green onions, thinly sliced, plus more for garnish |
| Ranch dressing |
Cauliflower Egg Bake Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 F. In a large bowl, whisk together Oakdell cage-free eggs, milk, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper.
- Place cauliflower rice in a 9x11 baking dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Top with cheddar cheese, cream cheese, bacon and green onions. Pour egg mixture over the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until eggs are set. Garnish with green onion and ranch dressing.
