Cheeseburger Quiche

6 Oakdell Cage Free Eggs
1 sheet refrigerated pie crust
3/4 lb ground beef
1/2 medium onion, diced
2 Roma tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup relish
3/4 cup whole milk
3/4 tsp mustard powder
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Cheeseburger Quiche Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°. Unroll crust into a 9-in. deep-dish pie plate; flute edges and set aside. In a large skillet cook beef and onion until browned. Stir in tomatoes and relish. Transfer to prepared crust.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, mustard powder, salt and pepper. Pour over beef mixture. Sprinkle with cheese.
  3. Bake until a knife inserted in center comes out clean, 50-60 minutes. If necessary, cover edges with foil during the last 15 minutes to prevent over-browning. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
