1 cup parmesan cheese, grated |
strawberries or raspberries |

Cloud Eggs with Fruit Rainbow Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
- Separate egg whites and yolks. Using a hand mixer, whip egg whites to stiff peaks. Mix in salt and cheese. Place 8 mounds of whipped egg whites onto baking sheet. Use a spoon to press in the center of each mound creating a well. Place an egg yolk into each well. Bake for 6 minutes.
- Create a rainbow shape using fruit. Add cloud eggs to the bottom of the rainbow.
