We added a few eggs (of course we did) to make this Mac and Cheese extra creamy!

4 Oakdell Cage Free Eggs
1 (16 oz) package elbow macaroni, cooked al dente, water drained
1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
1/2 cup whole milk
2 tsp mustard powder
2 tsp hot sauce
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 lb sharp cheddar cheese, grated
4 tbsp butter

Creamy Macaroni and Cheese Directions

  1. Whisk together evaporated milk, milk, eggs, mustard powder, hot sauce, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Pour the mixture into the pot of cooked pasta.
  2. Stir cheese and butter and cook for 3-5 minutes on low.
