8 Oakdell Omega-3 Brown Eggs |
salt and pepper, to taste |
16 asparagus spears |
1 can refrigerated jumbo crescent rolls (12 oz.) |
8 slices swiss cheese, cut in half |
8 slices deli honey ham |
Egg Asparagus Ham Croissant Wraps Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place asparagus on a plate, sprinkle with salt and pepper; microwave for 30 seconds. Set aside.
- Place eggs, salt and pepper to taste, in a medium bowl and whisk until well mixed. Pour into a large non-stick skillet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Cook over medium heat until eggs start to set, about 3 minutes and cut into 8 pieces. Flip over and cook until set, about another minute.
- Unroll crescents, place 2 half cheese slices, ham, egg, 2 asparagus spears on each crescent triangle and roll up. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until deep golden brown.
