10 Oakdell cage free eggs |
1 (7.5 oz) can refrigerated buttermilk buscuits |
1 tbsp olive oil |
1 lb ground breakfast sausage |
1 (2.64 oz) packet of country gravy, prepare according to package directions |
Salt and pepper to taste |
Egg Biscuits and Gravy Cups Directions
- Preheat oven to 350. Spray muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
- Press a biscuit into each cup and crack an egg on top of each biscuit. Bake for 13-16 minutes or until eggs are cooked through.
- Heat oil in a large skillet and add sausage. Cook sausage until cooked through, about 4 minutes. Add country gravy and water and cook until thickened, about 2 minutes.
- Transfer egg/biscuits from pan to a plate and top with gravy.
