10 Oakdell cage free eggs
1 (7.5 oz) can refrigerated buttermilk buscuits
1 tbsp olive oil
1 lb ground breakfast sausage
1 (2.64 oz) packet of country gravy, prepare according to package directions
Salt and pepper to taste

Egg Biscuits and Gravy Cups Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Spray muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray. 
  2. Press a biscuit into each cup and crack an egg on top of each biscuit. Bake for 13-16 minutes or until eggs are cooked through.
  3. Heat oil in a large skillet and add sausage. Cook sausage until cooked through, about 4 minutes. Add country gravy and water and cook until thickened, about 2 minutes. 
  4. Transfer egg/biscuits from pan to a plate and top with gravy.
