8 Oakdell Cage Free Eggs
1/4 cup green pepper, diced
1/2 cup green onion, chopped
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Hoisin sauce

Egg Foo Yung Directions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk eggs until fluffy. Add peppers, onions, salt, and pepper. Mix until combined.
  2. Heat one tablespoon oil in large skillet over medium heat. Cook 1/3 of egg mixture at a time. Cook for two minutes on each side or until set.  Pour hoisin sauce over eggs and serve. *Notes* All the egg mixture can be cooked at the same time and then cut into individual servings. Increase cook time if cooking all at once.
