1/4 cup green pepper, diced |
1/2 cup green onion, chopped |
1 tsp salt |
1/2 tsp pepper |
Hoisin sauce |
Egg Foo Yung Directions
- In a large bowl, whisk eggs until fluffy. Add peppers, onions, salt, and pepper. Mix until combined.
- Heat one tablespoon oil in large skillet over medium heat. Cook 1/3 of egg mixture at a time. Cook for two minutes on each side or until set. Pour hoisin sauce over eggs and serve. *Notes* All the egg mixture can be cooked at the same time and then cut into individual servings. Increase cook time if cooking all at once.
