| 1 Oakdell Omega-3 Brown Egg, beaten |
| 2 slices whole wheat bread |
| 2 slices cheddar cheese |
| 1 tablespoon milk |
| 3 tablespoons butter |
| salt and pepper |
Egg Grilled Cheese Sandwich Directions
- In small nonstick skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add egg, milk, salt and pepper and scramble. Set aside.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread. Place one slice of bread butter-side down in a fry pan over medium heat.
- Place grated or sliced cheese on bread.
- Add scrambled eggs evenly on top of cheese and place second piece of bread on top (butter-side up).
- Let cook 3 to 4 minutes or until golden.
- Flip sandwich to other side and cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until bread is toasty golden and cheese has melted.
