| 2 Oakdell Cage Free Eggs |
| 2 large naan breads |
| 1 tbsp olive oil |
| 4 tbsp basil pesto |
| 1/2 cup mozzarella, shredded |
| 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes with herbs in oil, chopped |
| 1/4 cup bell pepper, diced |
| 1 cup arugula |
| Salt and pepper, to taste |
| Fresh parsley, chopped |
| Parmesan flakes |
Egg Naan Pizza Directions
- Preheat oven to 400º Place naan on oven rack and bake for 10 minutes. Remove
from oven. - Place olive oil in large skillet and heat to medium-high. Add Oakdell Cage Free eggs and cook until almost over easy.
- Spread two tablespoons pesto on each naan. Add 1/4 cup mozzarella, 1/8 cup sun-dried tomatoes, 1/8 cup red bell peppers, and one egg to each Place on a baking sheet and cook for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Remove from oven and top with parsley, salt, pepper, and parmesan.
