6 Oakdell Omega-3 Brown Eggs, hard boiled |
2 tbsp mayonnaise |
2 tbsp Dijon mustard |
1 tbsp dill pickle relish |
1 tsp garlic powder |
2 tsp dried parley |
Salt and pepper to taste |
Rye bread |
Potato chips |
Egg Salad Sandwich with Scotch Eggs Directions
- Peel and place the hard boiled eggs in a large bowl along with the mayonnaise, dijon mustard, dill pickle relish, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt and pepper.
- Using a fork, smash the hard boiled eggs together with all of the other ingredients until fully combined.
- Spread the prepared egg salad onto four slices of rye bread. Place another slice of rye bread on top to create your sandwich. Cut in half and serve with your favorite potato chips on the side. Enjoy!
