Ham and Cheese Egg Bites

1/3 cup cream |
1/2 cup ham, finely chopped |
1/2 cup shredded cheese |
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped |
salt and pepper to taste |

Ham and Cheese Egg Bites Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Spray a mini muffin tin with vegetable spray and set aside.
- In a 2 cups glass measuring cup, crack the six eggs and whisk together. Add the cream, salt and pepper to tape. Whisk everything together to combine.
- Divide the finely chopped ham, shredded cheese and finely chopped onion between the mini-muffin tin that has been spray with vegetable spray. If your not a ham and cheese fan, create your own variations.
- Divide the eggs between the prepared muffin tins.
- Place the filled muffin tin in the oven and about for about 15 minutes or until the eggs are cooked through and the tops are lightly browned.
- Remove from the oven, let cool about 5 minutes and then remove the egg bites from the muffin tin, serve and enjoy!
