Ham and Cheese Egg Bites

These egg bites are a fun and easy brunch idea that you can customize with your favorite fillings!

6 Oakdell Omega-3 Brown Eggs
1/3 cup cream
1/2 cup ham, finely chopped
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
salt and pepper to taste
mini muffin tins

Ham and Cheese Egg Bites Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray a mini muffin tin with vegetable spray and set aside.
  3. In a 2 cups glass measuring cup, crack the six eggs and whisk together. Add the cream, salt and pepper to tape. Whisk everything together to combine.
  4. Divide the finely chopped ham, shredded cheese and finely chopped onion between the mini-muffin tin that has been spray with vegetable spray. If your not a ham and cheese fan, create your own variations.
  5. Divide the eggs between the prepared muffin tins.
  6. Place the filled muffin tin in the oven and about for about 15 minutes or until the eggs are cooked through and the tops are lightly browned.
  7. Remove from the oven, let cool about 5 minutes and then remove the egg bites from the muffin tin, serve and enjoy!
