| 4 Medium russet potatoes |
| 6 Oakdell Omega-3 Brown Eggs |
| 1 cup chopped celery |
| 1/2 cup chopped green onions |
| 1/2 cup sweet pickle relish |
| 1/4 tsp garlic salt |
| 1/4 tsp celery salt |
| 1 tbsp prepared mustard |
| 1/2 cup miracle whip |
| salt & black pepper to taste |
Instant Pot Potato Salad Directions
- Peel and dice potatoes then add to the pressure cooker (Instant Pot) along with the uncooked eggs. Steam in pressure cooker on high for 4 minutes or until the potatoes are tender. Once done, remove the potatoes and let cool. Also, remove the eggs and add to an ice bath to cool.
- Once the eggs are cool, peel and chop.
- In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, eggs, celery, onion, relish, garlic salt, celery salt, mustard, pepper and mayonnaise. Mix together well and refrigerate until chilled.
