Ingredients

Marinade

3 Oakdell Cage Free Eggs, soft boiled
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp rice
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar

Ramen

1 Oakdell Cage Free Egg
1 pack ramen noodles with flavor packet
1/2 tsp butter
2 slices American cheese
1/2 green onion, sliced
1/2 tsp toasted sesame seeds

Ramen With Marinated Eggs Directions

  1. Place marinade ingredients into a small saucepan and boil over high heat for one minute. Set aside to cool. Add three soft-boiled Oakdell eggs and marinate overnight.
  2. Boil 2 1/2 cups of water in a small saucepan. Add the noodles and cook for two minutes. Add the flavor packet, stir, and continue to cook for another 30 seconds.
  3. Remove from heat and add one uncooked egg. Do not stir; push noodles over the top of egg. Let sit for one Add butter and cheese. Top with sesame seeds, green onions, and marinated eggs.
