3 Oakdell Cage Free Eggs, soft boiled |
1/4 cup soy sauce |
1/4 cup water |
1 tbsp rice |
1/4 cup rice vinegar |
1/4 cup brown sugar |
Ramen
1 Oakdell Cage Free Egg |
1 pack ramen noodles with flavor packet |
1/2 tsp butter |
2 slices American cheese |
1/2 green onion, sliced |
1/2 tsp toasted sesame seeds |
Ramen With Marinated Eggs Directions
- Place marinade ingredients into a small saucepan and boil over high heat for one minute. Set aside to cool. Add three soft-boiled Oakdell eggs and marinate overnight.
- Boil 2 1/2 cups of water in a small saucepan. Add the noodles and cook for two minutes. Add the flavor packet, stir, and continue to cook for another 30 seconds.
- Remove from heat and add one uncooked egg. Do not stir; push noodles over the top of egg. Let sit for one Add butter and cheese. Top with sesame seeds, green onions, and marinated eggs.
