12 Oakdell Omega-3 Brown Eggs, hard boiled
1 Cup Ranch Dressing
1 1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 lb bacon, cooked
2 tomotoes
6 Croissants

Ranch BLT Egg Salad Sandwich Directions

  1. In a medium bowl coarsely mash boiled eggs with a fork. Mix in ranch, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  2. To assemble, cut croissants in half horizontally. Place lettuce, tomatoes, egg salad, and bacon inside of croissant.
