1 1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard |
3/4 tsp salt |

1 lb bacon, cooked |

Ranch BLT Egg Salad Sandwich Directions
- In a medium bowl coarsely mash boiled eggs with a fork. Mix in ranch, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- To assemble, cut croissants in half horizontally. Place lettuce, tomatoes, egg salad, and bacon inside of croissant.
