1 whole wheat tortilla
1 Oakdell Omega-3 Brown Egg, beaten
1 tablespoon milk
1/4 cup shredded cheese, such as cheddar, mozzarella or pepperjack
2 slices deli ham

Scrambled Egg Rollup Directions

  1. In small nonstick skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add egg, milk, salt and pepper and scramble.
  2. Place tortilla in warm skillet and add cheese on top to melt. Once cheese is melted, remove from skillet.
  3. Place ham and eggs in the center of tortilla.
  4. Fold up the ends and roll the tortilla. Slice in half on a diagonal.
