1 whole wheat tortilla |
1 Oakdell Omega-3 Brown Egg, beaten |
1 tablespoon milk |
1/4 cup shredded cheese, such as cheddar, mozzarella or pepperjack |
2 slices deli ham |
Scrambled Egg Rollup Directions
- In small nonstick skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add egg, milk, salt and pepper and scramble.
- Place tortilla in warm skillet and add cheese on top to melt. Once cheese is melted, remove from skillet.
- Place ham and eggs in the center of tortilla.
- Fold up the ends and roll the tortilla. Slice in half on a diagonal.
