6 Oakdell Cage Free Eggs, hard boiled and peeled
1 avocado, seeded and peeled
2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
zest of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper, to taste
18 large black olives
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, optional

Spider Avocado Deviled Eggs Directions

  1. Slice all Oakdell eggs in half horizontally, remove yolks, and place in small Set egg whites aside.
  2. Mix together avocado, cilantro, lemon juice, zest, salt and pepper with the yolks.
  3. Place yolk mixture in a piping bag fitted with a star tip. Pipe into the cavity of egg whites. Top with cayenne, if desired.
  4. Cut six olives in half Place in the center of each egg. Cut remaining olives into long strips to make spider legs. Add eight "legs" to each spider.
