| 6 Oakdell Cage Free Eggs, hard boiled and peeled |
| 1 avocado, seeded and peeled |
| 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped |
| 1 tbsp lemon juice |
| zest of 1 lemon |
| Salt and pepper, to taste |
| 18 large black olives |
| 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, optional |
Spider Avocado Deviled Eggs Directions
- Slice all Oakdell eggs in half horizontally, remove yolks, and place in small Set egg whites aside.
- Mix together avocado, cilantro, lemon juice, zest, salt and pepper with the yolks.
- Place yolk mixture in a piping bag fitted with a star tip. Pipe into the cavity of egg whites. Top with cayenne, if desired.
- Cut six olives in half Place in the center of each egg. Cut remaining olives into long strips to make spider legs. Add eight "legs" to each spider.
