Angel French Toast
The perfect breakfast treat, we elevated our French Toast by using Angel Food Cake and incorporating strawberry jam into the cream. Your kids will love this!

| 1 tsp vanilla |
| 2 tsp cinnamon |
| 3/4 cup whole milk |
| 1/4 cup strawberry jam |
| 1 angel food cake, cut into 2-inch slices |
| Whipped cream |

Angel French Toast Directions
- Whisk together eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon. Mix jam (softened in the microwave for 10-15 seconds) into milk and pour into egg mixture. Dip the angel food cake into milk mixture and place on a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat. Cook each side for about 2 minutes or until browned.
- Transfer to a plate and top with jam, whipped cream, and strawberries.
