4 Oakdell Omega-3 Brown Eggs |
2 leaves green leaf lettuce, cut into 2-inch pieces |
1 roma tomato, cut into 8 thin slices |
3 slices bacon, cooked and cut into 2-inch pieces |
4 tbsp guacamole |
Egg Guacamole BLT Buns Directions
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Carefully add eggs. Boil for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through. Place boiled eggs in a bowl of cold ice water. Cool completely. Peel shells off of eggs.
- To make the egg buns, cut eggs in half horizontally. Cut off some egg white of the bottom bun to help it lay flat.
- Top the bottom egg bun with lettuce, tomato, bacon, guacamole, cilantro, and top egg bun. Place cilantro on top and push a toothpick through the center.
