4 Oakdell Omega-3 Brown Eggs
2 leaves green leaf lettuce, cut into 2-inch pieces
1 roma tomato, cut into 8 thin slices
3 slices bacon, cooked and cut into 2-inch pieces
4 tbsp guacamole

Egg Guacamole BLT Buns Directions

  1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Carefully add eggs. Boil for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through. Place boiled eggs in a bowl of cold ice water. Cool completely. Peel shells off of eggs.
  2. To make the egg buns, cut eggs in half horizontally. Cut off some egg white of the bottom bun to help it lay flat.
  3. Top the bottom egg bun with lettuce, tomato, bacon, guacamole, cilantro, and top egg bun. Place cilantro on top and push a toothpick through the center.
