Omelets in a Bag Directions
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
- Crack eggs into a zip lock bag and squeeze the bag with your hands to mix the eggs together.
- Add meat, cheese, veggies, salt, and pepper to the bag. Squeeze out extra air and seal the bag. If desired, you can label each bag with a permanent marker with the name of the recipient.
- Place up to 6 bags of omelets in the boiling water at a time. Boil omelets until thoroughly cooked, about 13-15 minutes. Remove bags with tongs and set on a paper towel. Carefully open the hot bag and place the omelet on a plate.
