Ingredients

4 Oakdell Cage-free eggs
3 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 Tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/4 cup buttermilk
1 Tablespoon vanilla
6 Tablespoons melted butter
1 1/2 cups mix-ins of your choice: blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, bananas, sautéed cinnamon apples, peanut butter, chocolate chips, or jams

Sheet Pan Pancakes Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Spray a half sheet pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and baking soda in a large bowl.
  3. In another large bowl, mix eggs, buttermilk, and vanilla. Once combined, stir in cooled melted butter. Fold in the flour mixture until just combined. Do not over mix. Spread in prepared pan.
  4. Add mix-ins of your choosing to each quarter section of the sheet pan and bake for 15-25 minutes or until firm to the touch.
