- Place your eggs, water, salt, and pepper in a mug. Whisk together with a fork. Stir in the tomatoes, feta, ham, and parsley.
- Microwave on high for 30 seconds, and then stir the mixture. Continue cooking the eggs in the microwave in 30 seconds intervals, stirring in between for a total of 2 minutes or until set.
