Cheesy Egg and Bread Boats

1 Oakdell Omega-3 Brown Egg
3/4 cup ricotta cheese
2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
3/4 cup crumbled feta
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 10 oz package pizza dough, room temperature
1 tbsp butter, sliced into thin patties
Chopped parsley, for garnish

Cheesy Egg and Bread Boats Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 Degrees F. In a medium bowl, mix together ricotta, mozzarella, feta, salt and pepper.  Set aside.
  2. On a lightly floured sheet of parchment paper, roll out pizza dough 1/8-inch thick.  Top with cheese mixture leaving a 1/2-inch border. Roll up the long sides of the dough and roll and twist the ends, creating a boat.
  3. Bake until cheese is melted and the dough is lightly browned, about 20 minutes. Remove from oven and top with egg and bake for another 2-3 minutes or until egg white is cooked. Top with butter and parsley.
  4. Serve immediately by tearing off pieces of bread and dip in the cheese and egg.
