Egg Burger
Here’s a tasty idea for parties, get-togethers, or a simple dinner. Fry up your Oakdell eggs however you like and create your egg burger extraordinaire.

1/2 lb ground hamburger |
1/2 lb ground pork |
1/3 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs |
1/4 cup grated onion |
6 Oakdell Cage Free Eggs, split |
4 slices ham |
4 hamburger buns, toasted |
Condiments (guacamole, lettuce, onions, tomatoes, ketchup, etc.) |
Egg Burger Directions
- In a large bowl, mix the ground hamburger, pork, seasoned bread crumbs, grated onion, and 2 Oakdell eggs. Mix everything together to combine.
- Form and cook 4-6 hamburgers until fully cooked (165 degrees internally).
- Grill the ham slices, remove them from the grill set aside until ready to use.
- Fry the 4 Oakdell eggs as desired and set aside until ready to use.
- To assemble the egg burgers, spread the prepared guacamole on the bottom bun and place the ham, lettuce, sliced tomatoes, and onions on next.
- Carefully place the cooked hamburger on top finished with the fried Oakdell eggs. Serve with chips or your favorite sides.
