Egg Wraps
Now that the kids are back in school, having an after-school snack for them is a MUST when they get home! This delicious egg wrap is easy to make and is a crowd favorite in the house. Use your Oakdell eggs and add your favorite deli meats and cheese to create your personal masterpiece!

4 Oakdell Cage Free Eggs |
1 flour tortilla |
4 sliced deli chicken |
1 cup shredded cheese |
1/2 cup refried beans |
1 leaf romaine lettuce |
Salt and pepper to taste |
Egg Wraps Directions
- Heat a large fry pan and spray with cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs, salt and pepper together until combined.
- Pour the eggs into the prepared frying pan and swirl the pan so the eggs cover the bottom.
- Place the flour tortilla on top of the eggs and then turn the flour tortilla over so both sides are coated with the eggs.
- Cook the one side of the eggs and carefully turn eggs/tortilla over cooking both sides.
- Once cooked, remove from the pan and sprinkle with the shredded cheese, refried beans and the deli sliced chicken. Finish with a leaf of romaine lettuce and fold the egg wrap over on itself. Slice the egg wrap in half and serve with your favorite sides.
