Egg Wraps

Now that the kids are back in school, having an after-school snack for them is a MUST when they get home! This delicious egg wrap is easy to make and is a crowd favorite in the house. Use your Oakdell eggs and add your favorite deli meats and cheese to create your personal masterpiece!

4 Oakdell Cage Free Eggs
1 flour tortilla
4 sliced deli chicken
1 cup shredded cheese
1/2 cup refried beans
1 leaf romaine lettuce
Salt and pepper to taste

Egg Wraps Directions

  1. Heat a large fry pan and spray with cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs, salt and pepper together until combined.
  3. Pour the eggs into the prepared frying pan and swirl the pan so the eggs cover the bottom.
  4. Place the flour tortilla on top of the eggs and then turn the flour tortilla over so both sides are coated with the eggs.
  5. Cook the one side of the eggs and carefully turn eggs/tortilla over cooking both sides.
  6. Once cooked, remove from the pan and sprinkle with the shredded cheese, refried beans and the deli sliced chicken. Finish with a leaf of romaine lettuce and fold the egg wrap over on itself. Slice the egg wrap in half and serve with your favorite sides.
