5 Oakdell cage-free eggs, hard boiled |
2 tbsp sour cream |
2 tbsp pumpkin puree |
1 tsp dijon mustard |
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce |
1/2 tsp chipotle chili powder |
1/2 tsp smoked paprika |
1/4 tsp salt |
1/2 chive, chopped |
Smoky Pumpkin Deviled Eggs Directions
- 1.Cut eggs in half horizontally. Remove yolks from eggs. Add yolks, sour cream, pumpkin, dijon, Worcestershire, chipotle chili powder, paprika, and salt to a small bowl and mix until smooth.
- 2. Using a small scoop, fill holes in egg whites with yolk mixture. Drag vertical lines in the yolk mixture with a toothpick. And chives to resemble the stem for each pumpkin.
