| 1 medium flour tortilla |
| 1/2 Cup ricotta cheese |
| 2 Slices tomato |
| 6 spinach leaves |
| 1/2 Cup grated pepperjack cheese |

Heart Tortilla Egg Pizza Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Place your tortilla in a 6-inch round cake pan. To make the tortilla in a heart shape, fold down the top center of the tortilla into a "v" shape to make the top of the heart. Place a ball of aluminum foil in the gap, ensuring it is large enough to secure the shape. Pinch the bottom center of the tortilla into a point to make the bottom of the heart. Place balled-up foil on both sides to secure the point.
- Place eggs, ricotta, salt, and pepper in the tortilla bowl, and mix them together with a fork or whisk.
- Top your egg mixture with tomatoes, spinach leaves, and cheese. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the filling no longer jiggles. For a kick, top it off with sriracha
