6 Oakdell cage-free eggs
2/3 cups whole milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup salsa
1/2 pound ground beef
1 Tablespoon taco seasoning
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
3 bread bowls, hollowed out and tops cut off

Taco Egg Bowls Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Place eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and salsa to a medium bowl. Whisk together until combined. Set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, add taco seasoning to ground beef and cook over medium-high heat until browned, about 5-6 minutes.
  3. Place bread bowls on a sheet pan. Stir ground beef and cheese into the egg mixture and then pour into each bread bowl.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
