| 6 Oakdell cage-free eggs |
| 2/3 cups whole milk |
| 1 teaspoon salt |
| 1/2 teaspoon pepper |
| 1/2 cup salsa |
| 1/2 pound ground beef |
| 1 Tablespoon taco seasoning |
| 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese |
| 3 bread bowls, hollowed out and tops cut off |
Taco Egg Bowls Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Place eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and salsa to a medium bowl. Whisk together until combined. Set aside.
- In a large skillet, add taco seasoning to ground beef and cook over medium-high heat until browned, about 5-6 minutes.
- Place bread bowls on a sheet pan. Stir ground beef and cheese into the egg mixture and then pour into each bread bowl.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes.
