2 Oakdell Cage Free Eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (to really elevate the flavors, the vanilla extract and almond extract can be substituted with Princess Emulsion Flavoring)
1/2 tsp almond extract (to really elevate the flavors, the vanilla extract and almond extract can be substituted with Princess Emulsion Flavoring)
3/4 cup buttermilk
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
6 cups all-purpose flour

Frosting

1/2 cup butter, room temperature
1 package cream cheese (8 oz)
1 tsp vanilla extract (to really elevate the flavors, the vanilla extract and almond extract can be substituted with Princess Emulsion Flavoring)
1 tsp almond extract (to really elevate the flavors, the vanilla extract and almond extract can be substituted with Princess Emulsion Flavoring)
1 lb powdered sugar
Green grapes
Mandarin oranges
Blueberries
Raspberries

Dyed Egg-shaped Fruit Pizza Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 2 baking sheets with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together sugar and butter until creamy. Next mix in 1 egg at a time until just incorporated. Then mix in vanilla extract, almond extract, and buttermilk.
  3. Mix in baking powder and salt. Then slowly mix in the flour 1 cup at a time until the dough comes together in a ball. Roll out dough into 2 huge ovals on a floured surface and place each oval on the prepared baking sheets. Bake for 15-18 minutes. Let cool.
  4. To make the frosting, mix butter and cream cheese together. Mix in vanilla and almond extract. Slowly mix in the powdered sugar 1 cup at a time until well combined. Spread over the cooled cookies. Top with fruit.
