2 Oakdell Cage-free egg yolks
1 cup ice cream, melted (vanilla or any desired flavor)
2 Tablespoons sugar

Melted Ice Cream Crème Brûlée Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Whisk in egg yolks to the cool melted ice cream. Pour into ramekins.
  2. Place ramekins into a cake pan. Add 1 ½ cups boiling water into the cake pan. Be careful not to splash water on the crème brûlée. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
  3. Remove the ramekins from the water bath and let cool to room temperature for at least 1 hour. Top each crème brûlée with 1 tablespoon sugar and melt sugar with a kitchen torch or in the oven on broil for 1 minute.
  4. To eat crack sugar on top by tapping with a spoon and dig in!
