2 Oakdell Cage-free egg yolks |
1 cup ice cream, melted (vanilla or any desired flavor) |
2 Tablespoons sugar |
Melted Ice Cream Crème Brûlée Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Whisk in egg yolks to the cool melted ice cream. Pour into ramekins.
- Place ramekins into a cake pan. Add 1 ½ cups boiling water into the cake pan. Be careful not to splash water on the crème brûlée. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
- Remove the ramekins from the water bath and let cool to room temperature for at least 1 hour. Top each crème brûlée with 1 tablespoon sugar and melt sugar with a kitchen torch or in the oven on broil for 1 minute.
- To eat crack sugar on top by tapping with a spoon and dig in!
